After moving from Ottawa, Carmi Riesenbach starts his MSc thesis investigating insect based feeds on the growth and gut microbiome of rainbow trout. Yubing Chen starts her MSc coursework investigating dietary effects on the immune response of lake whitefish. Cody Anderson also started an undergad project looking at the chemostat to simulate the gut microbiome in freshwater fish.
